Items in inventory typically ship within five to ten business days. Please use Contact Us to inquire about availability and delivery of non-standard sizes, large orders, or backorder / preorder items.

Returns / Exchange Policy


To send an item back to us, for a refund or exchange, please enclose the DrFrid.com invoice which arrived with your package. Unworn garments, manufacturing defects, and size exchanges, may be returned. We accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.


You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as DrFrid.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to states in which we have corporate locations. Therefore, sales tax will be charged on orders delivered to New York subject to local tax rates.


Backordering / Preorder

DrFrid will ship your item(s) as soon as we receive them in our warehouse. Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and subject to change.
